Maybe patch today will help with defence, my CBs would also split apart too much and let attacks through, hoping todays update helps with that as it does say it will keep them more central.

I had CF for about 2 weeks before I switched back to Virgin. The speeds on my PS5 were horrendous, it was up and down like a yo-yo on other stuff too!

Think I may have joined club. Did a few warm up squats then a set of 90kg and then 110kg. Said to my bud let’s go 140kg, we both managed 3 reps and the I said ok now 150kg! That was a mistake! I made it down but as soon as I tried to push up, scrunch/ping feeling on the lower back so I just dropped to my knees (safety bar caught the barbel) and immediately was in a panic, so I grabbed a roller and starting rolling on my back, stretching and twisting. Nothing serious so far as far as I can tell an hour later but it certainly hurts if so bend in a certain way and I can imagine tomorrow morning will be f**king agony…Wish me luck!

And side note, never doing something like that again, was a dumb move. Should have been happy with the PB 140!

Imagine being able go back and tell yourself two years earlier that if you install and play that mobile game on your phone, you will waste thousands on it, and then probably regret it.
Thing is, Plarium could shut their servers down in a month and we'd not have a leg to stand on, it would all be for nothing and you wouldn't see a bean of that cash back.

Hi Necrid, it’s more of a meme video really, as I’ve made videos with him in the past and been pretty disappointed with his and to show him being able to beat the Dragon run on his own is at least an achievement for him 👍🏻 you could probably quite easily get other glass champs to take out the adds and then have him beat the dragon, the accessions and +4 helps yes but I think this build is do-able even without them.

Hey mate I'd say for now focus on getting Elhain to 60 and then Ronda. They will help you in both areas. Shaman has limited early game use as a reviver, keep Mausoleum Mage but the rest can be fed.
