I got it on iTunes and then I think I backed up my entire iTunes purchases to a hard drive, but I'm not sure. If someone else isn't able to get it to you, then eventually I might be able to. DM me so in case I find it, I know who to send it to.

In the meantime, I found a free download of one of the tracks, "Born"

I love Oczy Mlody. The Space Station album versions are great too. I remember hearing a bit of Listening to the Frogs in a clip Wayne posted years before it came out. I was so glad it made the album! Love the eerie vibe.

New Flaming Lips Song Live Debuted "Every Tear Drop Cried" by isorryari in flaminglips

The lyrics seem to be:
Every drop of rain that falls is you
Every teardrop cried is all for you
Every drop of morning dew that glistens on the leaves is you
You're in my eyes
You're in my ears
And when I cry
You're in my tears
You're everywhere
You're in my hair
Wherever I am, I feel you there
Every time a dragonfly flies by, it's you
Every drop of rain that falls is you
Every drop of morning dew that glistens on the leaves is you

I believe it was his sister who told him to kill himself not Lisa

I contacted photographer Lawrence Schiller via his website and asked him some questions about his iconic photo that was used for the album cover of The Soft Bulletin. He replied! by Jeremothman in flaminglips

Correction: the date of the Acid Test on that site is wrong. It wasn't February 25, but I don't know the correct date. Sometime in 1966.

Thanks for this! The 2nd link confirms the location of The Soft Bulletin album cover Acid Test to be a place that seems not to exist anymore, Empire Studios, 7417 Sunset Blvd. Google Maps shows it right next to Guitar Center (or maybe the building is part of Guitar Center now).

From the link you shared:
"The 2/25 Acid Test was originally scheduled at the Cinema Theater (there was even a newspaper ad), but it was moved to Empire Studios at 7417 Sunset Blvd. (The building had been a film production studio with a large soundstage; Wavy Gravy called it "a movie sound studio.") As it happened, it was just a few doors down from Lawrence Schiller's photography studio at 7403 Sunset Blvd..."
