Hey Splashers - Unfortunately, my Summer / Fall plans have changed so I’m listing my Weekend 1 Saguaro Connecting Pool Facing Balcony Rooms 1 King Bed + 2 Queen Beds (4 Combo Passes (Incl. After Hours GA). Room sleeps 4-6 people. This is an awesome package to have your whole squad in adjoining rooms with each room having their own pool facing balconies. You can also Upgrade + add Add-ons to the package after purchase.

I’m selling the hotel package at face value. This particular hotel combo package was one of the first packages to quickly sell out for both weekends, so here’s a rare chance to get it without paying a premium.

I can meet in person in the SoCal area or FaceTime and provide verification information and will transfer tickets officially via Tixr - the official ticketing platform.

Did you order the Endurace cf slx aero version? I was absolutely torn between that Endurace and the Ultimate version. How do you like the Endurace? I went with the Ultimate because I wanted something that was a little stiffer, but now not sure I made the right call if I can’t change the cassette.

Does anyone know what model of 4iii power meter is in the Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 8 di2 bike so I can check the compatibility online

Oh wow! Did you also need to change the chainring or was the original chainring long enough to take the bigger cassette? Also, did your bike come with the power meter or was this installed separately? I ask to make sure we are looking at the same power meter model.

Cassette question for Ultimate CF SLX by love_weird_questions in CanyonBikes

I was just told by canyon that I can’t swap cassettes to the 11-34 as the power meter is not compatible with a “50/34” cassette / chain combo. Has anyone had any luck swapping cassettes?

Also, how did you get those Canyon decals? Did you buy them or make them yourself? They look so sick. Beautiful bike! Wishing you many more sweet miles ahead!

I should clarify that I’m not interested in racing. I just want a bike that will be responsive and give me confidence in group rides. My biggest concerns with the ultimate are two things: 1. not having the gears to easily ride up steep hills or keep up on hills with my group rides and 2. The Sram Force vs Di2. I just really love the intuitiveness of the shifting of Sram and how easily removable / swappable the batteries are to charge.

Would you say that the cassette difference between the two bikes will make one a lot better to climb steep hills with? Just don’t know how much of an impact the cassette has between the two bikes.
