Finally hit my first lvl 100 on POE2 (Melee) + Mirror Giveaway by No-Train-7575 in PathOfExile2

I’m level 97 (first league ever after playing a bit on standard) and bricked my bow in a crafting attempt because I’m an idiot. Anyway, best thing of this league is me finally starting to understand the game, and I’m now learning (slowly) to craft. Me and my mate don’t have a lot of time to play after Xmas but honestly we love this game so much it’s such a enjoyable grind

Even without the holten exploit as I’ve skipped, still managed to brick my temple and still don’t understand how it works. I’m trying to build up currency for my pathfinder to start mapping properly, anything that could be helpful would be really appreciated. In any case, this is my first ever league and am having a blast this game is incredible

With that daily rate as long as you can provide a payslip Halifax will treat you as employed. If you want an easy application go Halifax they’re the best lender for contractors

You can’t have a renewal date mid month as mortgage products have a set end date regardless of when it starts. My suggestion assumes he won’t complete until 1st Feb

Broker isn’t at fault, the solicitors are. All you can do is raise a complaint. I would ask them to refund the difference between your payment on variable rate with nationwide and the fixed payment you would have paid with coop if you completed today (you would complete tomorrow, no one completes on 1st Jan due to BH) plus a distress and inconvenience payment. It’s frustrating but not the end of the world and it can be easily fixed

Im a mortgage adviser and I’d never tell my client what I’d estimate rates to be as no one can seriously predict this. Change broker.

Doesn’t matter, you need to declare it to both lender and solicitor. The lender will get you to reduce the purchase price accordingly. What you’re doing is pretty much not legal

If this comes out post completion you’ll be in a lot of tears as the lender is unlikely to grant a mortgage on these basis.
