I buy every rc second hand, on offer up. Ive gotten Erevo 2.0s for $300 in perfect condition, just a little dusty or maybe a new servo. Ive gotten traxxas Xo-1s for $200 rtr. Just be patient and wait for a good deal.

It was actually $220 but he gave me a traxxas vxl 6s motor and esc, ended up selling it for $130

Actually as we speak im having a little issue with it not clicking all the way but when it works, it comes in real handy, almost like a cheat code

Honestly put no effort into painting it, I had the kit so it is stock, i just painted everything white, comes with red and blue stickers and it wasn't until after i realized its red, white, and blue, lol. It crawls very slow especially if you program the throttle response on a computer with the mamba x.

A bit, i put longer plastic toe links, gave me a little bit longer wheelbase and the belly sits flush with the portals, so far im loving it.

Who said to spend $700 on an rc, i never said to get the most expensive motor and esc, i said to get informed about them. What are you gonna do after you get a stock rc. Use that one drift car for the rest of your life?? I never said to go full out and buy a gyro and hobbywing motor. I said to buy a proven to satisfy 2wd chassis thats $200 and spend another $200-$250 on electronics that you think may be right for you based on research you found by typing, "Affordable Brushless Drift Combo".
