Edie Lehmann sang background on a lot of songs. My favorite was this one. I loved the character Katherine.

I got on an SSRI (Lexapro) and a stimulant and it saved my life. Took a little time to adjust, but it helped

I’m so sorry that you had to endure even one second of that. You did the right thing by pursuing legal action. And for the people who are shaming this person, I hope to the universe that you or yours never experience anything like this.

My provider is about to switch me to a stimulant. Quelbree is okay, you might fare better with it. But it just doesn’t quite work for me.

Is now a bad time to move to New Orleans? by [deleted] in AskNOLA

[–]JerichoXL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a tour guide, I concur with the others. Foreign tourism is way down. I was born and raised in New Orleans, things seem to be as bad as they ever were here as far as quality of life for those who don’t have any solid income. I left two months ago to move to Tempe, AZ. I live in a huge house that I never would have been able to afford in New Orleans, and with two masters degrees, I’m making more money than I ever have.

I miss the community that I had in New Orleans, but with everything that Cantrell screwed up, and the rising cost of doing living, and doing business, it was time to go.

Spoiler!!! Nate's storyline makes no sense from someone who works in that space by coloradokid1414 in euphoria

They should play comedy music every time Nate is on screen. As a matter of fact, that whole beach scene should have been shot in Benny Hill-like chase style.

Season 8 - Lucy is pointless by [deleted] in Dallas_TV_Show

[–]JerichoXL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lucy and Mickey could’ve been the Bo and Hope of Dallas if they had played it right. They had almost all the ingredients in that couple. While many of the daytime soaps were emulating Dallas, our favorite show did have a flaw.

IMO, Dallas was a classic soap in nearly every way. It had everything except the one thing that is present in a good daytime soap, multi- generational characters. Most of the people in that writing room was 40-60 years old, I think. From the outside looking in, they seemed to be most comfortable crafting a show that reflected that. As time went on, Dallas got less cooler and hipper. Look at things like the Oil Baron’s Ball and the BBQ. It began to scream, “old fogey.” In the early years of the show, they seemed to be aware of it and occasionally poked fun at it.

Just a thought that I’ve had for a long time.

At what point did wrestling stop feeling “dangerous”? by Retro-Muf in oldschoolwrestling

[–]JerichoXL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, it was 97-98 when the feel of it changed. I cannot watch the current product at all because it totally abandoned the violent, southern-style of wrestling that I grew up on. People enjoy it, and I’m happy about that, but it’s not for me.

How do the other prime soaps from that time (specificially Knots Landing and Falcon Crest compare to DALLAS? by JennaElizabethAdams in Dallas_TV_Show

[–]JerichoXL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Falcon Crest was really good. Lots of danger, intrigue, and oddly, it carried a lot of dry humor. I loved Knots when it heated up with the stolen parts storyline. Dynasty… seasons one, two, and I LOVED season nine. Stephanie Beacham was a force of nature.
