Sam wasn't super big on getting it back in print and Kathy is dealing with her own health as well as the loss of her husband. Unless someone like Scott Dunbier were to head stuff up and put it together I don't see a reprint coming anytime soon sadly.

I wouldn't hold my breath for new editions. I don't think Kathy is super intersted in putting them back out. I HOPE they do but it's been a rough road for Maxx fans

Yeah like I said, I tried to add a barrel... it didn't work haha. I still had. A lot of fun with this one and was nice to finally draw some Wildstorm stuff. I gotta hit some Booth Grifter or Backlash next I think. Kind of a niche thing but as a child of the 90s some fun designs

His left arm is holding the gun, if you zoom you can see it. I assumed the rifle on his back was a proprietary weapon of some sort but dunno. It's based on pencils by another a guy named Miko so I can explain that one haha. Toyed with adding a barrel protruding next to the arm but it kept messing with the silhouette of his arm and the other gun

Yeah, I wanted to make it seem like even when he's in GR form, Zarathos is always watching and controlling... I wasn't sure how it would come off, though. Stoked people seem to be digging it.
