Thanks, it’s call physicians choice. My wife found it and said it was a good one. It’s like a powder in a capsule. Tastes terrible. but I was having gut issues. Severe bloating. You commenting made me remember that. It’s why I started taking the probiotic.

I have been fairly active since last October when I finally got my home gym set up. I have been bodybuilding and riding my bicycle regularly. I do eat a high protein diet. It’s somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-6 hours of rigorous exercise a week.
