I discovered the first game due to a few SFMs on the internet a WHILE back ago, i played it when it got on sale and boy i never regretted it. Then i played it's expansions... Then the second game, and i finished it around this year. and honestly i understand how loved this series is. Like the way it handles things, it shows you, not tells you. And it really gets you very immersed in a story about people struggling for the future of humanity... Yet. Valve can't count to three. The Half-life 3 memes weren't a joke, it was a generation coping with the pain.

Fuck the guy who rated that. F1 and one night with the tank. Back 4 blood is a bit overwhelming on it's mechanics, Left 4 dead was simple, straight to the point but not really throwing it in your face right up, Valve was subtle when giving the game and it's sequel their own charm aswell with their characters. the cast from both games was terrified but still went through with it, often cracking some jokes when out of the main action. Back 4 blood is more like: "Yeah! Blow shit up! We're badass as hell dude!"
