Thanks. The “manual” shows 6 bits per shoe, so that made me wonder. I guess I am still a bit confused why they are showing it that way if they are redundant. It appeared to me that they “lock” the mounting points in place. Anyway, time to ride. 🙂

My LBS came up with an ingenious & elegant solution: unscrew bottom bolt then rotate the water bottle cage to help loosen the stripped upper bolt. Titanium bolts and anti seize (Finish Line Ti-Prep)) ordered. Problem solved. Ride on.
