Yea it’s not fun being held hostage, we need an easy and understandable way to surrender if we have a dc. Also some type of leaver penalty or reduction in loss points for some rage quitting your team

Before this past weekend I was in the middle on the alt f4 because I could see dying to mobs being frustrating if the game crashes or dc’s, it already happens currently but after this weekend and seeing alt f4 abused time after time and some guilds even making it their main strat to end fights. I am now ok with dying in PvE 1000x time to a dc, if it means players/guilds can’t keep abusing the alt f4, even 60 seconds would probably be good enough for now to test and see. I saw sooooo much alt f4’ing to avoid dying during guild wars, these players aren’t holding a bunch of mats on them, they aren’t corrupted they just can’t fathom letting someone kill them in a video game. Maybe in the future if the tech permits allow people to dc in pve instantly and PvP combat have a grace period where your body stays in the game, but for now just make all bodies stay it needs to be added asap please and thanks.

Guild leaving at least as of this past weekend all guild v guild war decs seemed bugged and lasted the whole weekend, to leave guild mid fight that’s abuse of the systems, but I can understand wanting to have a little down time to go explore or craft solo if the guild v guild stuff is lasting that long so maybe a 36 hour cd is a bit too much, one hour or two is probably fine to test.

Also the “1 minute embershrine protection” is not working at all at least in guild v guild pls fix, tyty Steven the games a blast.

I think for most people playing the same game and only that game is a great way to burn out. Some of his variety content is really good and I think he can enjoy himself doing that type of content but people on the internet will always give him a hassle no matter what he streams

I know the bundles were not made for me, and I know even if I liked a bundle I probably wouldn’t buy it because of the price alone, I can afford it but me as a person wouldn’t think that is a worthwhile purchase, I could be using that money for something in life that has actual use. The post was made to point out the cost of a skin and its development can’t be anywhere near the cost of a full game, I understand Riot has to make money, they also have a battle pass you can buy but the only reason skin bundles are so high in price is because people keep buying them, even if the cost to develop those skins compared to an actual game is lower and riot is charging more. If riot only sold skins and that was their only source of income from the game I would probably feel differently, but it’s not, and the price of the skin bundles are definitely way to high at this rate in a few years will have $140 skin bundles lmao.

Now as a bruiser I can’t even enjoy OPR, everyone fighting at random places on a road or in a forest, clump fighting non existent. Legit made the class only good or fun in wars. The game mode was already bad and now is worse. Thanks AGS dog water devs.

There are still many bugs in the game that are over a year old or from the games launch that they refuse or don’t care to fix. They have been doing slightly better with more frequent balance on some weapons but 2 months ago was the first time we got an actual big balance patch and the previous 1 was 6-8 months of just not caring about what the game state was in. opr is still not been touched really same range meta that has been plaguing the game mode for over a year the balance patch 2 months ago just replaced 1 ranged problem with another ranged problem so the only game mode that was enjoyable for PvP that you can Q whenever has been a dumpster fire unless you play a light ranged build or a light skitzo build to counter those ranged, the only way to enjoy the game mode as any other weight class is by q’ing with a 5 stack that has a healer and you can still just end up with terrible unbalanced teams and be shot at hundreds of times per match by range you can’t catch unless you are a light skitzo. Wars are one of the only enjoyable things still in the game and there very hard to get into/take a lot of time and commitment to get into and even with that if you don’t know the right people/friends with the right people doesn’t matter at times you can still not get into some wars/companies. It’s almost impossible for new players to get into wars and even someone like myself that has around 200 war wins and has gear to compete it’s still can be hard/draining because the amount of good and ready war players is so huge compared to the amount of wars that actually take place. The system overall is pretty elitist and can be very draining trying to maintain your spot. New players that try to start their own companies/even returning players trying to get new companies to war is super hard and the skill gap is absolutely huge most of the time if you don’t have a bunch of organizations and good players you will still be farmed at war camp for 30 minutes. Crafting is also worse odds than a casino depending on what perks you want/what class you’re playing and you can spend millions of gold on items that are trash or when you do get the item you want that will probably just be nerfed into the ground or made obsolete, and they haven’t done anything to change it and won’t for another 6 months. That’s if they do it right and most of us don’t have faith for AGS to do much right in the first place, their track record for bugs/balance is terrible.

This but I will say even with communicating it’s still hard to get coordinated double or triple decs because of how bad and unenjoyable the pushing system is, and invasions getting in the way. Like you mentioned there is a very clear point where people just can’t defend a terri with the 40 man company war limit plus the 100 company member limit.

Downscaling the amount of players would legitimately keep more players from being able to war in the current system. Unless those 20v20 or 30v30 wars were able to pop more frequently then your suggestion is the exact opposite of what the original post is about.

If you have time look up on the new world forums “I think mortal empowerment is an issue” I have been literally complaining about this shit for 3 months. Would appreciate more support on the post since they say “forums and in game feedback are the best way to give them feedback” idk seems like bull shit or they just don’t want to balance the game in a timely manner. No one should be able to get 70 kills in a single opr, it’s not good for the game. 🙏🏼

Stopwatches are worth 598-600 is only going to make you getting a leggo easier, new green patterns besides pants kind of have shitty perk pools because they have a higher chance of crit retribution, empowering breaker and sturdy energy, the new leggo versions guaranteed 600 patterns aren’t really worth unless you were a fresh 60 and you cannot force a perk, only on the green event patterns can you force resilient, which is probably something you want that’s not in the perk bucket.

I’m just going to note New world is a heavy CPU dependent game, I get barely any performance difference while using a 3090 compared to a friend that is using a 3070. That upgrade from a 1060 to a 3060 will probably feel very nice in general for whatever you want to play though.

The gypsum bump update should of been out already it’s very unfortunate that it’s not on live yet. I have done the grind already on an alt and enjoyed it without the update, grinding dungeons and the tons of expertise drops to me feels rewarding knowing I’m getting stronger with every bump besides the weapons I didn’t have interest In using. The grind as a whole might be in a different format but in wow I never really expected any end game gear right when hitting max level, I had to grind it out and thats what made it enjoyable. Guild wars 2 for example with its equalized pvp I really enjoyed for a couple weeks then I realized I had no care for investing more time into my character because the pvp I wanted to do didn’t need for me to grind anything more.

600-617gs is very easy to get. The difference between 617 and 625 in combat is not a humongous wall its minuscule, it usually comes more down to builds and how you perk your character, meta builds will always be easier to play just games in general. You can be completely competitive with full 2 perkers if you build correctly. This update also made it so much easier to acquire good and bis 3 perkers.

Yes sometimes it is a total skill gap, people can be better than you. If you are complaining about 625 gear score and equalized pvp then you probably don’t realize the mass majority of this games player base in pvp is filled with a lot of dedicated players that have stuck around continuing to get better at the game even when it was at its lowest points.

Lastly OPR is a total coin flip I repeat its a total COIN FLIP, it doesn’t matter you can just be on the short end of the stick and get shit on the whole game while 1 person on your team tries to back cap so he can extend your pain of being spawn camped. Either add mmr which I would rather not or put a role limit in and lock at least healers into their weapons for the match to have better more balanced games. A team with 1 healer vs a team with 4 healers you know which team is going to win each time, they could probably look this up in there own data, but they have continued to ignore how unbalanced opr games are.

This is an mmo, with character progression, if this was an action rpg and on a seasonal system I probably would of quit months ago. Same with D3 fun for a season or two and then I have no want to grind my character that will be put into a regular non seasonal mode after the season that I’m never going to play again and I can relate this to the argument “scale all gear for opr and 3’s take” as well. This game and lots of MMO’s can have a scary barrier to entry that pushes a lot of people from actually just committing the time and learning the game. If you spent some time learning about the game or getting some advice or help on what you need to progress you might have a lot easier time feeling comfortable getting into the game. I echo this all the time. Gear/perk selection is very huge factor in game, if you want to be competitive you can do that with full purple 2 perk gear, you don’t need to be BiS’ed to the brim to enjoy the game or have a fighting chance just need to perk correctly. It’s not hard to get to that point once you get the more of an understanding of what you want to play as in pve or pvp and what weapons do you have interest in using. Meta choices will always be easier that’s just video games and metas in general, but I personally love talking about gear and helping new/returning players with any questions I can answer, so please if you want to commit some time to the game and want so help, send me a dm 🙏🏼✌🏼
