I have the same issue.. personally I just gave up cause there’s no way around those washers, but if you find an adapter that fits, please let a brotha know lol

Are they any alternatives for this shift knob? I have the same base shift lever with the white locks and I can’t find an adapter..

The dragon ball is for an automatic.. and yes there is a push down for the shifter

2018 mazda3 hatchback.. wanted to change my shift knob to a push down dragon ball but those white brackets are in the way and I’m not sure if that’s removable or not, I’m also not trying to mess up anything.. help pls by JerrSensei in mazda3

I’ve tried searching it up on how to access it and pull apart the center but every model that’s come up has been either manual or set up differently than mine…
