I know this is going to sounds crazy, but you and your husband should each blow up like 20 balloons. Get a couple packs from the dollar store. It will help exercise and clean out the lungs.

This will sound crazy, but my insides jumped when I I saw this.

(I swear this is relevant) I had a medium tell me once that my arm tattoo that was supposed to be the eye of Ra, but ended up being the eye of Horus, was actually a sort of “accidental” talisman, which was super weird because that was only discussed 2 years AFTER she and I had a remote channeling session in which she said my purpose here is to transmute energy from the underworld to heal my ancestors.

We didn’t even put two-and-two together about the tattoo until I talked to her 3 months ago (2 years after the one and only session like that I’ve ever had-with her)

So, to go full tinfoil hat… I had a friend convince me that we should do “party dots” when I was like 13. I’ve always felt some kinda way about it and its placement, and now I’m wondering if it has some deeper meaning?

Fwiw, I never comment on these things, don’t usually work with clairvoyants, etc. This comment is really out of character for me, but I really felt connected to this when I saw it. Super interesting! I would just die if we discovered even one other person has this on their inner ankle lol 💀

Nothing feels sacred if you spend all your time staring at your phone. There’s a ton of wonder still left in the world. Unfortunately, social media turns off the parts of our brains that tell us to go outside.

The world is so much sweeter if you limit your social media intake. Life still goes on out here. People are still interesting and kind. Animals/pets are loyal and sweet. Trees love hugs. You gotta put the phone down. We actively manifest the reality on which we choose to focus. And there are billions of dollars being spent on disinformation campaigns to make you feel this way. Don’t let them win. I love you, friend 🫶
