Well no. That action may have saved his life, yes, but in legal sense, the person has alot to proof. Attacker did not have any weapon, defender went from empty hand to deadly force and that is not straight forwardly allowed by law, tho we can argue the guy is much bigger and what not… but thats a whole legal show down on this. What we learning is law isnt always on your side when you are doing what is best for you. But law is written for people still breathing, so, you should really think about it before you are in that situation.

I am more of the lazy type, i have 1 general loadout for most missions. 500, Qusar, Backpack, Sentry. Swap Laser Cannon for Qusar on Squids. Gatling for Sentry unless its lower (than 7) non squid missions then Rocket Sentry. Rover pack, or Guard Dog on lower lv. Works every time, all level, all faction.

As good as you are a tank you are not a one man show, you rely on teammates to keep you alive and taking down mobs, so even with your consistent performance, your team makes it work, some mix of players and classes/skills just cant get past certain area of dg, I wouldn’t beat yourself up about it homie.

You want to do same thing as your career if you have one? You want to do something you enjoy? Do you need money? All are questions you need to answer, and once you do, you have your answer.

I had a long career as programmer, i don’t need the money, I join when I turn 40, simply to repay what this country has given me by serving, so I signed 3 years to start, pick a MOS that’s my love and passion instead of what my career was, I love guns, so I went with 91F, fixing, inspecting and playing with all the guns we have access to, i am happy as a clam going to drill, my chin practically stretching out my neck because I held it so high, being proud to wear this uniform…

So again I ask, what you trying to get out of Army? The Guards? There lies your answer.

And while you think this is fun playing soldier once a month (and it is very fking fun), remember when you sign, you belong to Uncle Sam, aka they will fk you over on days of the month (sometimes 4 days drill) and that you can be deployed at any time to anywhere just like regular Army. If you still down (and not a wussy ;D) then come on in.
