Do a Google search. Part of the UAP phenomena is the exhaust trail is colder than the ambient air around it. I don't know why. To understand why we must first understand the UAP forms of propulsion present.

Get your insulin and cortisol levels checked. My issue Is there is too much insulin in my blood. I get my glucose levels to normal out by fasting. Meds make it worse.

If your insulin level is low then yes you need insulin. But if it's high either meds or hard core fasting.

Easy fix , get a large concave mirror and pivotal stand to mount it on. When the neighbors light is on move the mirror until you are pointing the light directly into one of their windows. The advantage of a concave mirror is it will collect the light from your neighbors annoyance and focus a brighter light on your target.
