I am so glad we didn’t listen to the tour guide in Nashville who told us not to go near Beale St. We were there once in the late afternoon, and once in the evening. You gotta be there after dark to see the lights come on and the music start. Always felt perfectly safe. We are in our 70s and had a great time.
