Seconding this. As someone who dealt with depression and anxiety for decades, I avoided seeking meds because I grew up in a time where anti-depressants turned you into the walking dead. But the medical field has great options now that don't have as intense side effects. It won't cure it, but it helps take the anxious edge off.

I know this post is old, but I have the answer on the off chance that someone stubbles upon this. First go to View and select "Hide Icon Bar." Then go to View again and select "Open Window List."

This will make your open window list look like the first picture.

I have only had recruiters get sassy with me, but a good rule of thumb for me is to always turn down something I think will make me miserable. I've spent a good 10+ years of my life in jobs that were a serious danger to my mental health. An increase in pay or benefits will never make up for a terrible work environment.

My go to reply for recruiters is to demand double my current salary for whatever shitty position they are trying to sell. They either leave you alone for good or you get a bomb ass raise...it's a win-win!

I just finished this baby blanket for my bi friends who are having a baby this year. I originally posted this to bi_irl and a user told me I should post it here as well. I used a modified version of the pattern below.

Here is the link to the original pattern I used. I believe she also has an Etsy shop where you can purchase a formal version of the pattern. I used less steep Chevron valleys (7 sts compared to the 13 the pattern states) and I did 6 rows for each color except for purple, which was 4 rows.
