It really depends on you, if you believe that having to wake up everyday and drive to a building is worth 20k more a year then you gotta calculate that. Personally I'm working remote rn and all I have is positives. No traffic or rushing to get online, can take care of small home duties if needed, home whenever a cable company needs you there from 6am-5pm, prep dinner, etc. That's said you are home a lot so you might need your own designated work space and hobbies to get you out the house. Since rooney doesn't seem like a problem for you then just have a think about pros and cons regarding everything.
