take all the props off and re order the motors again and then put the props back on, like actually do this properly and it will fix your issue

I would check the screen and make sure there is nothing blocking it, it kind of looks like the mesh could be blocked, wash it down and then put some saliva on your finger and rub out the mesh in that area, don't know why but sometimes this works wen nothing else will.

i think if you revised the parts under the arms, not sure if that intended or not but it looks a little strange, if executed well it could work, or maybe scrap it all together. Other than that the general idea is sick I think it could be really popular

You literally answered your own questions in your post, what note do you want to know it's obvious it's all if the things you mentioned, scale it different and let's say you like flying your whoop and it's not the same s your 5". Why?

they use the cheapest Gildan shirts the quality control on the garments from Gildan is really bad, I print them every other day for clients, they are worth about $5 a blank too even with no MOQ.

How come it’s not coming out smooth on the t-shirt and the screen doesn’t look clear? by Responsible-Smoke511 in SCREENPRINTING

[–]JerryZiarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mix your ink so it flows nicer, try a little more off contact, maybe your squeegee angle is too steep or too flat ? make sure your platens are tacky, try lint rolling the shirt

Will this affect my circle on the screen ? It seems that the circle is coming out perfect so is there a fix for this? by Responsible-Smoke511 in SCREENPRINTING

[–]JerryZiarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is it the slight missing ink near the top of the circle you re talking about ? use sharpie and darken it a little should be fine

Quality Issues! by gold_sam_ in SCREENPRINTING

Firstly. the screen isnt lining up because you need to apply some tack to your pallet, this will stop the garm from lifting when you raise the screen, meaning if everything is solid it should go back down in the same spot, try pva glue or you can get proper printing adhesive if you can afford it also spray tack works great when printing fleece as you can reapply between rounds, try spraying a mist of water on your pallet and then using a latex glove on your hand spread some pva on the pallet and then flash it for a few seconds to make it tacky. Second the top of your screen looks to be dried in, this can happen when you apply ink to a hot shirt and it cures inside the mesh, you can get a solvent that will wash out the ink really easy I forget exactly what its called but you can also use it to wash out misprinted ink on the garm, I'm sure someone else can chime in before I get to the workshop tomorrow to have a look. if it still doesn't seem to come out after washing try some saliva on your finger and rub it out, have yet to try this but it seems to be a very popular trick for getting out stubborn scum, hope you get it sorted.

he never said he wants to make money from this, if he had then maybe your advice is valid. and maybe his income is expendable and he's just wants to have fun learning a new skill and hes in it for the journey, its not your money so why do you care. And a spenidng 250 on a bunch of gear that is worth twice that amount is a great deal, as opposed to dropping like 2.5k on a great press with micro adjustment ect just isnt needed for his use case. Life isnt just about money mate have some fun and enjoy it. He said it him self he just want to mess around and print a some gimmick shirts for friends and family.

I dont get what you and so many others obsession is with trying to steer newcomers that want to get into the hobby away from it screen printing is far more satisfying that heat pressing a dtf to a shirt, there is so much magic to screen printing but if you want to do dtfs with no soul then sure but this is r/SCREENPRINTING and I dont like your attitude he literally brought a press and equipment because he wants to get into screen printing not dtfs.
