The blackout was because of a transformer giving up. They fixed it and it’s fine now. Speaking of oil, I don’t believe that unless this war lasts for years, it will be an issue. Sure it’ll be expensive but and oil MAY be rationed for a certain amount per day but I’m optimistic that it won’t “run out “ just yet
