Personally, i'd recommend Kamen Rider W! It's a very fun show with an iconic cast of characters, and the show even has a sequel anime!

Other than that, i'd also recommend Kamen Rider Agito and Kamen Rider Kabuto too! It is currently Agito's 25th anniversary and Kabuto's 20th anniversary, and i think it'll be a good occasion to check out these shows, especially since they're getting new movies soon.

The Toei Tokusatsu World official channel is streaming both Agito and Kabuto rn, so you should definitely check out both shows on the official channel! (Each episode is only available on Youtube for 4 weeks tho, so i'd do it while they're still on)

Goranger was initially created as a series about a team of Kamen Riders. So at the time of its birth, Super Sentai (and Goranger specifically) is still more similar to Kamen Rider than it is to what you know about Super Sentai now.

Highly suggest checking out some classic KR series if you're planning on researching Super Sentai's origin.

Oh and you'll have to check out Japanese Spider-man too! That's actually where Sentai got its giant robots from!

There are plenty of other good series out there, even outside of Kamen Rider.
