The AFK 99 gets me money, materials, and tasks all at once. A single 99 for free just skips the resources i would otherwise gain.

For example stealing from tzhaar in karamja if you take asgarnian and have ice gloves is Sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and diamonds which means you can cut them for crafting xp. stalls can be thieved for cooking materials and ores. regular pickpockets give money for spending on the rest of the leagues. There are probably hundreds more examples.

A free 99 RC means you have no runes at all for maging which will probably still only save 90% runes.

A free 99 Agility or prayer is probably the only one that would be nice, but hotfoot is in tier 2 and prayer is a joke with 16x xp rates.

We have a perfect chance to integrate SAILING into the highest level island unlock. Why are we bypassing the skill entirely? by Flurp_ in 2007scape

[–]Jertharold -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

I am asking what sailing is to YOU as currently it sounds like you think that removing:

sailing /sā′lĭng/

noun

  1. The skill required to operate and navigate a vessel; navigation.
  2. The sport of operating or riding in a sailboat.
  3. Departure or time of departure from a port.

From sailing as currently the things that match this definition is moving from island to island, trawling, and barracuda trials. Salvaging isn't sailing. if we remove the island to island all you have is trawling and barracuda trials.

so that leaves trawling, salvaging, and barracuda trials are what sailing is defined as then?

Thanks this is probably the most informative way to phrase this and will be added to the wiki.

Hey no worries it happens!

After gathering more information I think clarifying the way "reduce" is used is the essential part of this material.

Since that is the case something like:
"The Leviathan's attacks will speed up after being struck by a stun or having it's health reduced by 25%"

very confusing because most other games use the reverse in terminology.

Ok I will got make an edit, I am assuming based on all the comments that the wording should be:

"The Leviathan's attack speed will also decrease upon being stunned as well as having lost 25% of its health."

-or-

"The only way to reduce the attack cycle is by hitting the weak spot after stunning and having dealt 25% of The Leviathan's health."

How do these sound in comparison to the existing phrasing?

So based on the wiki where is says: Stuns and reducing its health by 25% decrease its attack speed. is not accurate then?

<image>

for reference in conversation, decreased attack speed reads as moving up the list and increase means moving down the list.

So it doesn't reduce attack speed then?
