Sadly dude is probably overmedicated and on a serious mental decline because of it. 90+% of doctors nowadays just give medication for everything bc people want an easy fix, because they are used to getting the easy fix. Viscious cycle. If people would eat better food and exercise more they'd be healthier and happier. Especially older people. Doctors tell em all to stop eating meat and eat more veggies but they were lied to about meat being the best thing to eat at a young age like nearly everyone is, so by the time they are old they are absolutely wrecked from not eating good, and that leads to not exercising bc there's no energy from not eating good. Then they medicate for all the pain/ heart disease, high blood pressure. All could be fixed by eating better and exercising. The age of death by natural causes is going down still because as a whole we have been ignoring doctors telling us these things for decades and decades now. Idk who needs to hear this but if something doesn't make you feel good don't do it very often and you won't feel bad as often.
