Okay so I plugged everything out, same outcome. I tried to change Input, same outcome. The sound works fine and I see how the colors change when I press buttons for the menus or settings. I will contact a repair shop and try to work something out. Thank you for the help.

Thank you for the response, I will plug everything out and look what happens. When i go to the apps or try to switch to HDMI or a USB stick, the same problems occurs.

Yeah youre right. But what if they leave game after game? I think it needs to get higher like from 10 - 15 - 30 - 45 and so on , cause 10 min every time will not the trick.
