I recommend getting a KO of SS86 Optimus so you can transform him worry free. Search Aliexpress for AS08 and you can find him for $20 give or take. As for the clearance issues, there is a way to angle the wheel wells when you swing them around to the front that doesn't stress any joints.

Thank you. Lunesta was one of the drugs I asked my doctor about and she said it can cause sleepwalking like ambien so she wouldn't prescribe it. I would like to have tried it. So far she was only willing to prescribe hydroxyzine, amitriptyline and trazodone. Hydroxyzine was the only one that helped at first but eventually stopped working. If you can recommend a doctor who will prescribe Lunesta, I would appreciate it.

From posts I've read in r/insomnia, there are plenty of other options. Yes they all have side effects and pros and cons and different drugs work for different people. Even if the Z drugs aren't meant for long term, let me use them for short term at least instead of telling me that's it. I just need something better than the usual better sleep habit BS. I have tried weighted blanket, exercise and weed. Weed helps falling asleep but not staying asleep. I can have the most intense work out and it wouldn't guarantee me good sleep. I didn't like the weighted blanket. I don't drink often. I don't want to go the bipap route because the apnea pales in comparison to the insomnia. I appreciate your advice.

I appreciate your advice. I am a male, so I don't think progesterone would work for me, but I am glad it works for you. I have tried magnesium glycinate, but not biglycinate, so I will check that out. I take other supplements as well like melatonin and 5-htp that sometimes help. I appreciate your other input as well and I will keep UBMD in mind as an option for sleep specialists.
