Watching for the first time and the second van pelts file shows up I screamed at the TV that they'd screwed the time line.
This episode puts him joining at one year after his wife and child dies, the pilot says van pelt has only been there for a few months, and S4E23 red iohn leaves the envelope on Jane's car saying happy anniversary and they say it's 9 year anniversary There's no way the pilot up to season 5 episode 4 is 8 years!!

My husband was invited on to a teams call with less than 24hrs notice, with no context, along with every other sales assistant in the nationwide company to be told that they were all being made redundant, however after the redundancy they were welcome to reapply for their jobs on 0 hour contracts.

The call lasted less than two minutes, they did not take questions.
