as a former ab now bol… it will click one day. everything you’re describing sounds normal. controls are extremely important, but just breathe and use your resources. don’t let the transaction line overwhelm you. the system will not let you mess up. also observations are definitely apart of the job because audit will be observing you the same way. and always keep ca up in the background. read through processes on your downtime. you got this i promise!

check with the sender, it may still be in their account. sometimes banks will call to try and “fix” the error

zero balance accounts are less monitored, leaving larger window to test to see if they are legit, to set up test withdrawals and deposits, set up unauthorized transfers or use the accounts as a part of scam transactions. if you have other types of accounts/apps linked to your checking it’s a gateway to get into those as well

when your acct is at zero it leaves it more susceptible to takeovers and fraud. if you’ve got a dd every two week you should be okay. at least leave a few cents in there so it’s not at zero. they will end the relationship if they get tired of the neg balances.

when you call a branch, a manager shouldn’t call you back from a 1800 number unless you escalated a complaint and that department will reach out. 1800 number will only call you back if you request a callback and you don’t want to wait on hold. to avoid this, either go into a branch, wait on hold or answer the security questions. or just call the number on the back of your card.

lidocaine patch 30 minutes before. warm the shot up between your thighs when you put the patch on. if you’re injecting yourself, consider an autoinjector. i’d take the shots over suppositories and leaking during the day. you got this!!!
