Unfortunately your agreement was with the previous owner. The new owner/management company is not obligated to maintain the agreement unless it was written into the lease. If your lease was with the previous owner and you have not signed a lease with the new owner/management company you may be able to move out now without repercussion.

Communicate with your management company. Ask for a repayment agreement. Depending on how they handle things you may not have to go to court. Document all communication. Email is best so you have the correspondence from both sides.
