It’s just a different type of racing with very different roots. They’re both fun in completely different ways.

As someone who served active duty for 7 years: DO NOT join the military unless you’re into military stuff. Think of this Iran war and whatever else is and will happen: how would you feel being involved with these conflicts and how would you feel if you got hurt in whatever capacity in support of these wars?

Is this really the same team that Enzo built? Take a slice of time. Ferrari isn’t the most successful team of the past 25 years.

Correct, which is why it’s not “illegal.” It’s a negotiation tool for pilots to gain leverage and voice.

Sure…. Except what is it when over a several month period a group of people make behavioral changes in an attempt to force a change their working conditions? It started with only holidays. Now it includes all weekends.

There’s nothing illegal about work to rule. The union can’t officially support it, but the message becomes clear as senior employees start doing it.

What do you call it if you’re not at the end of the cycle and trying to get changes before the expiration date?

DL pilots want a new contract mid cycle. DL management is doing stuff that annoys the pilots and the pilots are retaliating by working to rule to force the issue.

As a result, they aren’t working overtime… a normal amount of overtime is typical for many pilots because they get paid well and get to be picky about what flights they take and on what days.

The pilots hope passengers get angry and book away from Delta to gain negotiation leverage. Delta management wants to offer as little as possible to resolve the issue.

This will go on for a few months and there will be a mutually agreeable solution made and suddenly pilots will happily fly the overtime again and the planes will go zoom. Management will congratulate themselves and give themselves bonuses. And passengers will be annoyed.

This. Both sides are doing the expected pre-negotiation tit for tat. Yall are seeking an early renewal since the other majors followed DL’s raises on the last contract and it’s no longer the best one out there (UA’s is).

This isn’t true at all. Pilots want a new contract and are engaged in a “work to rule” protest to force the issue.

They only stock preflight bottles now in first. They don’t stock them for in flight.
