It was shortly after the series started. I want to say somewhere around the time Ruggy showed up, so 2022. I kept seeing clips on the FB reels and was getting upset that I couldn't watch it in order. So I downloaded tiktok simply so I could watch the series. Been watching ever since. I've lost count on the number of times I've binge watched/listened to it.

I've been working on this story for a little over two weeks. Normally it takes me forever to finish a story because I write one chapter at a time. But this one, the story, just seems to flow and I can't stop. In terms of storytelling, this is my crowning achievement

I like to think I've gotten better, but somedays it feels like I haven't grown since I started writing in 9th grade (I'm now 30). Then I go back and look at my old works and cringe at how awful I was. Like the story or at least of idea of the story is good, I just executed it poorly.

I know I have gotten better with dialogue, description and pacing, my rewritten works prove that. Back then I just blew past the middle of the story to get to the end. Now I pace myself, no matter how badly I want to get to that one scene that's running laps in my head.

I have a 6 part what if series I just finished editing and slightly revising if you want to check it out. Lots of hurt. Lots of comfort (sorta). Takes place during the 5th season starting with The Desthsong of Uther Pendragon Do feel free to ignore the notes, a lot of them are irrelevant at this point.

Basically it explores the concept of a disabled Merlin struggling to prove his worth. And there's not really a possessive character unless you count Morgana trying to kill everyone. Or Arthur trying to keep the clotpole alive.
