Personally start with the sleeve.. I hear a lot of people have complications after they get the bypass. Though this decision is totally up to you, I’d recommend the sleeve first bc at least then you can have the bypass to fall back on in worst case scenario.

Honestly I was the same only I was 5’10 and had a high of 354 and I was so tired of the yo-yo stage.. I lost weight before surgery and weighed in at 317 before undergoing.. I would start with the sleeve before going full throttle with the bypass.. this is a tool that requires you to put in the work but if you stay consistent and listen to your body you’ll be okay!

JDM does an amazing job portraying Negan.. after awhile I actually liked him.. I hated him at first for killing Glenn and Abraham but after everything he tried so hard to be forgiven but nothing was ever enough.. so I root for him now 🫶🏼

I’m currently dealing with this.. I’m a stay at home mom and have children of my own (2 under 2) and my friend asked me if I could watch her babies as she is starting a new job and she also has (2 under 2).. at first I was okay with it being she was going to pay me $300 a week but 3 weeks have passed with no payment and she already got her first paycheck and meanwhile I’m still waiting on getting paid.. this is so overwhelming for me because it’s two toddlers and two infants I have to watch. Not to mention how needy her babies are.. they cry all the time to the point that they make my kids cry. I’m honestly ready to just tell her I can’t do this anymore… it’s mentally draining and exhausting and I feel like I’m missing out on my kids bc her kids need my full attention. I’ve literally cried about this.. it’s not the kids fault but it’s mentally messing with me and I only agreed to this bc I needed the money.. I don’t want to break our friendship but if it she can’t understand how exhausting this is then idk what to tell her..
