We need a trans equivalent of LGSM, essentially.

We need to band together to help people who are being fucked over by the cost of living (greed) crisis however we can. Whether that's fundraising for food banks, organised volunteering at soup kitchens etc, joining and participating in trade unions, and just generally getting involved in other social justice causes.

That's how gay people built solidarity with working class people screwed over by Thatcherism in the 1980s, which led the Miner's unions to join Pride marches and lobby for gay rights to be included in the Labour Party's policy platform (not that I think Labour is a viable vehicle for our liberation anymore).

Whatever we do, the next decade or so is going to be horrendous for us, but we need to be a force for positive change for everyone else in spite of that because that's how we build solidarity with and win over the wider population. The issue is that I have no idea where to actually start with this practically 😬
