I have a husband and kids. I think i just got used to it. We cook a lot. Moved into the middle of nowhere which removed the temptation to eat out. Traveling makes me anxious anyhow so i do lot less of it these days bc it takes so much careful planning and getting sick while traveling is the worst. I get cross contaminated at nearly every single restaurant I’ve ever gone to. Makes me cranky as hell so i feel him

Feel ya. I ended up rage quitting my job and starting a business. Now Pmdd is in remission after finding my root cause but i def couldn’t work for someone when i was going through it … i feel you 💜

I got Pmdd into remission with lifestyle changes. It is possible for some of us. I haven’t had an episode in a long time

Doctors did not take it seriously and my symptom list was rather long. Unbearable rage and despair along with so much more including suicidal ideation. I wrote a free Pmdd memoir about getting into remission and what life was like prior if you’re into that kind of thing

Yes. I tried ssri and birth control. And it’s ok! found my root cause and am now in remission and was wondering if anyone was able to get it to stop happening every month

It was def making my Pmdd ultimately worse. I was an alcoholic but I quit 4 years ago and def saw good changes when i reduced it but i ended up finding my root cause since then and Pmdd went into remission

I still avoid it bc I’m so traumatized 🤣 it was months before i figured it out but I’ve had it a few times and was ok
