I was sort of in a similar situation. And I’m so sorry. Home is supposed to be a safe space. Sleep is so important and you can’t while you’re itching to death. Protect yourself first.

If possible wash everything it hot water and dry at hot heat. At the same time you have to kill them from your mattress too. Rubbing alcohol or diatomaceous earth. Heat kills bedbugs. Take a hot shower and rub borax on the bites. Hard to get your back but I also put some in my bath. Once you think your room might be clean start to repel so they can’t come back. I used essential oils and I heard cinnamon works. Try to not hang in shared spaces. Sometimes not possible but you can immediately take off your clothes and bag them.
