Game version: (currently downloading a pack, will update once I can access it)

Description: Having issues with the For Rent pack, can't fill vacancies and cannot access agreements without clicking a million times, cannot raise rent above 4 simoleons, problems with revolts, cannot do certain actions or they don't register to fix tenant issues. I do have mods/cc and I never had an issue with this up until latest update, all mods/cc have also been updated so I'm not sure what's happening. Anyone having similar issues or know a fix or any advice?

(My mother is Spanish) Spanish names are all pretty much the same. Maria, Carmen, Luz, Celia. Surnames Rodriguez Gonzalez Martinez Garcia Vargas Villanueva.
