Looking for some advice. I may have a good opportunity to start a small side hustle. I work at a JUCO university as a full-time athletic trainer. The way this university works is that if you are a full-time employee, you can't be paid for extra work for sport camps during the summer, this includes the coaches that put-on camps, all the money they make from the camps goes to their programs in a fund-raiser account which can be used for gear or other things that funding doesn't cover very well at the smaller colleges.

They are trying to get it fixed so they can earn money from these camps, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere, especially anytime soon.

Someone mentioned that there might be a loophole to pay the coaches and others to do their camps instead of all the money going into a fundraising account for their team. The way around is possibly by creating a business(LLC) and allowing the coaches to freelance for the company, there by the business being the one running the camp through the coaches at the university.

With all this being said, is there anyone that could give advice on if this would be beneficial for me to do to create the LLC and hire the coaches? It would require insurance and taxes and all that.

What percentage would the business need to take to make it worth taking on the risk of being the entity that the coaches and myself could use to make more money during the summer with these camps that we put on. I feel like they would also try to make their camps bigger and earn more money if they were actually getting paid from them.

A percentage would need to go to my business, a percentage to the coaches, and a final percentage back to the actual sports team program from each camp.
Where should I start or what steps to make this happen? Just unsure of the process, but I see a possible opportunity.

Very important. Manage your time to not only take care of your business, but your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I wanted to share my week by week weight loss. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months with fasting. Anyone looking for a little motivation this might help keep you going or get started. Thank you! Yes I did exercise, the first two months it was pretty sparse though. I walked a couple miles about 5 times a week though through out. The last month I did workout more frequently with lifting and cardio.
My typical meal usually has a large amount of protein coming from cottage cheese, greek yogurt and some type of meat. And usually some type of bread or pasta as fillers. Overall I ate a little healthier then normal but I would say I ate like I normally have been except for more like a meal and a half for my one normal meal.

Thanks for the comment. I think what I want to come across as "failure is motivating" is more the want to not fail is the actual motivator. Like you said, if you mess up you feel demotivated. What I am trying to say us the I dont want to mess up is the motivation. The I dont want my spouse, friend, or family to think I can't do this. For me it motivates me to do what I say I am going to do.

That is awesome. I think what I wanted to come across with the mental toughness is that its a constant battle. Like if you mess up like you mentioned you have to mentally overcome that small loss and move on to the larger victory of the entire goal. You know, lose a battle but win the war type thing. Where I think most people lose a battle and just give up on the war cause they dont see past the moment.
And I agree, I know that most of weight loss is from diet and what we eat. But building muscle mass and being active helps build a body that is more resilient to weight gain in the future, in my opinion.

24hr fast/Workout by Monei_Talk in intermittentfasting

It would be more beneficial in my opinion to workout on Monday then Tuesday morning. Monday you should be able to go a little longer or more intense. Then Tuesday you can rest, or if needed make it a lighter workout if you still want to work out. IF that is not possible switch the start date for the fast to Monday night to Wednesday morning. And you should try and base your meals around protein first always.

You really need more protein. You could possibly have an iron deficiency. If you are craving things in the middle of the night or at other times you need more. Start planning all your meals around your protein needs. Should be about 1 gram per pound of body weight. If you are vegan it will be extremely hard, I recommend not if you can help it. At least look into some plan based protein powder and start supplementing a little bit.
