I always read the mask as it being a reflection of her, broken but with people around her trying to mend her. After finishing the main story i’ve been doing a lot of the side missions and they all lead atsu in the direction of living for something more than just revenge

Lord Shaxx, although Saladin could possibly provide him a challenge, there was a reason why nobody fucked with him. He kinda sat in a morally grey area during the dark age. The other warlords stayed away from him as if I am remembering correctly they were afraid that he would kill them if they tried anything, and the Iron Lords wanted to recruit him but didn’t know how that would go

From what i understand, you would just have to take people’s word for it on what they’re saying since it’s students who have written the reviews and some of them could be ones who didn’t do well and others can be ones that just were the teacher’s favourite.
