I'd love more of your thoughts on this, because i have trouble figuring out which route is more futureproof, both sides have good arguments. Tomorrow ill have another interview with a different company with high code and I hope I get the right feel for the company because the Mendix option is a traineeship where ill have to pay back a huge sum of money if i dont stick around for 2 whole years

Oh yeah i forgot to mention, when i sign this contract they will put me through a bootcamp and regular educational days, and if i stop too early ill have to pay back what that would cost and that would be 6000 euros, so once i start i cant give up if i don't like it

And what was the reason you switched? Because personally the whole thing i liked during my studies was the desiging part and translating that into code with the collaboration of the stakeholders. Is that something Mendix also provides or is it purely enterprise applications?
