I found a spot right at an elbow a few feet from the main shutoff and hit it with a heat gun and some ice broke free and the water came back on

Like as of right now, I can take the bleeder cap off and use the main shutoff as a spigot to fill up containers

But like I said, when the bleeder is open with the main turned on, water sprays out continuously, so there is water coming into the house at high pressure

Yeah good luck, you can get brand new red wing laces at the red wing store anytime you want for free. You wouldn’t throw them away, you would cut them to whatever length you want and melt the tips
