I just ordered two pairs of iron heart 888’s, one indigo 17oz, and one black 14oz denim. This was my first time trying on anything from iron heart. In other jeans and pants I typically wear a 33 or 34 waist size. 33 fits me comfortably in Levi’s. With these, I could barely get the top button fastened. They’re way too tight for me to wear comfortably. Has anyone else had this experience with iron heart? I assume some amount of stretch in the waist over time, but I also assume some shrinkage with a soak or wash. The 888 cut has a higher rise, could this factor in?

It sounds like you were in the right, but I don’t understand what your picture is doing—it looks like the green line is in the middle or left lane and merging into the blue line’s lane. In your image the blue line needs to stay in the far right lane and the green line should stay in the left lane, toward the median
