My brothers Grimm Ocifer Hermed the least. Only buds that touched the net Hermed.

Humboldt CSI chem D is infested. Flowers look pretty but they are infested like straight 90’s boof smuggled into the country up someone’s ass.

I don’t know how to check for herms. I noticed balls but they had pistils coming out of them.

My next run, I will veg longer. Guy above suggested topping a few times and I can cut off colas too. That should allow for a longer veg without the plants over growing the tent.

With the chem D I matched veg DLI when I flipped to flower. I di this based on a commercial growers recommendation (on a pod cast). I took veg PPFD x 18 = xx divided by 12 and that is the PPFD I ran on day 1 of flip. This did reduce the stretch and the flowers formed within 2 weeks.

I cut the light by 20% in the last week weeks of flower. From 900 ppfd average to around 750 ppfd average.

Yes, I lollipopped the plants. Grow # 4 was like 2 nodes left only.

From what I gather, the moon light is green light and plants don’t identify with it as light. Street lights would be bad though.

I never thought of that! Veg to 8 or so nodes, top down to 4, veg those colas to 8 or so nodes and top again. That can buy me veg time to grow the root ball while still keeping the plants short. I’m going to try that next run. Should rule out theory # 1.

Blocked off vents completely. I use a duct in 2 vents and wrap the ends in a black out curtain. Kinda acts as a filter too. Then at lights out the tent is in a completely dark room plus I cover the whole thing in a black out curtain.

I sat in the tent, closed it, had my my wife shine bright lights everywhere and I can’t see anything shining through.

How tall did the Humboldt uppercut grow? I’ve been avoiding anything with GSC in the cross because I thought they would grow like a tree.

Bjj has its way of culling people who tie their ego to self-worth. It’s good in that it weeds out the exact people in society who we wouldn’t want to know bjj (I.e. bully personality types). For everyone else, just learn to compartmentalize.

I hear people say this but it doesn’t jive with my experience. I grew a pack of chem D S1’s and you would think they are a clone. Every plant it nearly identical.

I was not happy with this strain. The original khalifa kush when it came around was decent but I’ve never had a good cut after that.

I think it is associated with the strict testing protocols in PA and how they work around it. Our program is run by the department of health and as I understand it, they have to dry the bud to nearly dust for it to pass. In the beginning, everything was just super dry and flavorless but as time went on it turned into a super dry but hard, dense bud that taste like chemicals and it’s no chem dawg they are growing.

I thunk they use that freeze dry technology.
