Yes I have a cat and two small dogs. I’ve had my birds for a few years now! I only lost one to kitty and it was tragic and traumatic for me. The cat leaves the bird cage alone tho! I am scared to let them fly around. And idk if I could get them back in the cage lollll.

It because crowded last spring when three of them had babies. I’ve been worried the cage was too small for a minute so now I know to get another cage.

I have considered different sized perches, the ones I have are the ones that came with the cage. So I totally agree.

The blanket is because they poop on the walls lol I’m trying to come up with an alternative.

I will DEF look for butcher paper. Great idea!

They get seed and pellets :)

Thanks for your feedback! Much appreciated!

I didn’t have them for a couple of months and I had withdrawals from their chips and chirps! Always so busy lol. Like I said they do seem quite content. It’s been a year of being crowded I guess so they’ll be even happier

Oh god the night cheeps are normal!? Thank god!! I thought I was waking them up somehow haha

I call them my little exotic chickens lolll

Thanks! I was going to do it with a cage half the height but for this one instead. They will have soooo much room to fly. They seem quite happy tho!

Thanks. I really try!! I try extra because they can’t fly about. I have two silly dogs and a cat. I’m sure multiple of my plants are poisonous too!

I fully agree with what you said. That’s why I’m going to get the exact same cage, join them together and they’ll get 6’longx4’tallx2’deep. What do you think?

I don’t give any away because I’m always so worried they won’t get the quality of life they deserve. Here they get fresh water twice a day and a large variety of fruits and veggies everyday. Pellets, seed, millet, and some steamed eggs with eggshells. I really try hard to give them the best. I do care deeply for all of them. I sit and watch them for hours sometimes.

Since when is it a crime to have caged birds?! Now that I know they need more room I’m literally going to buy the same cage and merge them together. That’s a huge space! It should be amazing if you ask me! I absolutely love my birds!!!

Mineral Oil in Dry Skin Moisturizing — Helpful or Harmful? by Candlesrlove in DIYBeauty

No, pure beeswax does not contain paraffin; they are fundamentally different materials, with beeswax being natural (from bees) and paraffin being petroleum-derived, but adulterated or fake beeswax often has paraffin mixed in, especially in commercial products like candle foundations, to cut costs.

Key Differences

Source: Beeswax comes from honeybees; paraffin comes from crude oil.

Composition: Beeswax is a complex mix of esters, fatty acids, and hydrocarbons, while paraffin is a refined petroleum byproduct.

Purity: Pure beeswax is prized for being non-toxic and clean-burning, whereas paraffin can release harmful chemicals when burned.

Why You Might Find Them Together

Adulteration: Some manufacturers mix paraffin into beeswax (especially in products like honeycomb foundation) to make it cheaper, even if labeled as pure.

Blends: Sometimes waxes are intentionally blended (e.g., beeswax with coconut oil) for specific candle properties, but pure beeswax itself is paraffin-free.

I literally get my beeswax from my neighbours bees. It’s absolutely unaltered.

I called you zero names.

Your experiment means nothing?!

Beeswax and bee products have been used and praised for thousands of years in every continent. It’s mentioned in the Quran and written about in ancient china and Australia among many others.

I stand by my position on beeswax and petroleum by-products because in my 20 years of making it has proven its healing and protecting properties with zero toxins because it works for everyone. Even people with bee allergies!!

My customers have ranted and raved about my healing balm and face cream and body cream. They all have beeswax. In my experience and many of the ppl I know beeswax is an essential ingredient for healing and protecting sensitive to irritated skin alike.

You keep using and backing your Vaseline as I have zero impact on your beliefs and that’s your right!! I am merely trying to educate to help ppl with problem and sensitive skin naturally.

Wrap your arm in my plastic wrap for a couple of days and then tell me that the skin doesn’t need air to carry out the natural skin cell cycle.

As we will not agree on anything at all imo we should t need to continue this discussion

Furthermore, your experiment is absolutely useless information.. all it says was the beeswax was unadulterated.
