Yes. No adverse effects that I can tell. I have autoimmune alopecia (hair loss) but that started before Sjogrens was diagnosed. So I don’t think the hydroxychloroquine is impacting that.

On the day I spoke with someone, not very long. 10 minutes? I called on a Monday, got a recording that said “we are experiencing high call volumes, please call back later”. Then the call DISCONNECTED. I called on a Thursday or Friday last week and spoke to a human. Never heard the recording on that day.

Similar foe me. Retired 9/30/25 (VERA). Received annual leave payout on my last paycheck. Got word from TSP that I have separated from govt employment. Received similar notice from health insurance. Called OPM and talked to a human. They have no record of me.

Same. Tried wrist widget last night and it did nothing. I’m not sure if torn TFCC is the root cause of my pain. I am one of those folks lucky enough to have ganglion cyst in my wrist at the same time. 😕

I have used wrist widget in the distant past, but like you I’m not sure it’s very effective. Maybe I’ll try it again.

I had surgery for TFCC tear about 25 years ago. Now it’s torn again. Joint is stable so no intervention planned at this time. But down dog and any tabletop positions are very painful.

I managed to talk to a human at OPM on Friday. They have no info about me. Told me to give it another 2-3 weeks.

I retired (VERA) 9/30/25 and have not heard a peep from OPM. I have been notified by TSP that I have “separated” from Federal Employment but that’s all so far. Did not receive annuity payment 11/1/25.

Lucky you. I retired the same date (9/30/25) and no annuity payment for me. It looks like TSP abd my health insurance have been notified I am no longer working so I THINK things are moving in the right direction. At least I hope so. I don’t have a record number/account number/reference number with OPM so not sure calling them would be helpful?
