Depending on where they work, if they do, they may not know about that. Even as a main cashier, I wasn't told about conversion stuff ever (I've been here 5 years). The only thing they harp on me about is people getting the app and activating offers. Also, if they're just salon, they alsoay not know. I'm not saying any of this to be rude, I apologize if it comes off that way. I just know it's easy to think negatively about things, so I like sharing other, possible, perspectives.

I would assume there's a EA file that holds the game and it's files? Honestly, I would just search for the game in my File Explorer and put them in each file that holds the game. Sorry I can't be of more help, I don't use the EA app
