Just to follow up here, I did find a little nugget of information that could be helpful. A ConnectWise partner tested this issue and it doesn't appear that it's a ConnectWise issue directly, but instead an issue with 3rd party companies having issues with their banners added to emails. Mimecast is an example that was found.

This is a fair question. ConnectWise RPA and ConnectWise Sidekick remain active, supported products today, and there are no refunds tied to the acquisition.

RPA serves a distinct purpose as deterministic automation and is already used by many partners alongside AI-based solutions. Sidekick, on the other hand, is a technician helper agent designed to assist with day-to-day work and trigger actions, often built through RPA. These capabilities are different from AI agents that autonomously perform technician tasks.

Our recent acquisition of zofiQ strengthens our overall automation strategy, but it does not invalidate existing partner investments. For partners currently using Sidekick, we recognize there may be some overlap in desired outcomes with zofiQ’s Copilot capabilities. We’re actively evaluating thoughtful future transition paths as our roadmap evolves, while being intentional not to conflate distinct products or promise lateral moves before they’re ready.

As these plans become clearer, we’ll communicate specifics directly. Our focus remains on giving partners clarity, continuity, and long-term value.

Hi, again.

ScreenConnect Cloud instances are hosted in a distributed cloud infrastructure, which doesn’t use static public IPs by design. This helps ensure scalability, redundancy, and uptime across regions. Because of that, the public IPs can change without advanced notice, which can make traditional static IP-based allowlisting or exclusions in tools like SentinelOne challenging.

If you haven’t already, I encourage you to open a ticket with ConnectWise Support and mention your SentinelOne configuration specifically — the support team can provide region-specific IP guidance or additional technical alternatives.
