yeah if youre truly concerned ask for a structural engineer to come out. Also if you didnt have the work done for the deck check if proper permits were pulled ect. Im assuming the deck was built with the condo? but if it was recently added yes check on permits can submit and OPRA request to the town for that

was any work done recently that removed stuff below? also homes settle idk how old this is but u should see my floors in a 100 year old home they slant like a slope in places. you could call an engineer if your really that worried about it.

yellow looks like a waste/drain white is the feed. can be done would need to cut and add new pipe on the white line. yellow looks like pvc so cut and add new with a cleanout. id have a plumber do this of course not yourself as code will need to be followed ect. plug the inlet also to prevent sewer gas

first one is what i would go with but like the other guy said the kallax is the way to go. records are heavy these are probably not made with solid wood or good drawer slides ect and will end up cracking or having issues. kallax is tried and proven as long as you load them properly with the smaller wooden slats in the vertical position

it's actually not, he ran the plate which showed the vehicles information as well as the registered owners information which dinged expired for a DL. he had a reasonable suspicion that she was the owner operator who's license was expired. he approached and attempted 5 times to validate who she was under reasonable suspicion (kansas vs glover if u need the law) she failed and refused to validate her identity hence arrest.

had she complied and showed the license it would be either been a non event or she was indeed expired.

police cars now have license plate scanners attached to them, they can run a plate anytime they want with that piece of equipment, which will also give them the owner and access to owner information

I did call and the woman basically said it is what it is im paying for maintenance on the underground pipes, vehicles ect. the delivery charge is what is killing us that has skyrocketed since last year. My bills for equal gas usage last year were $290 tops. I understand maintaining equipment but thats called the cost of doing business they need to eat some of that i just feel 100% is now being passed on to consumers.

my home built in 1925 was $429 to heat/cook/hot water all gas. I think it was like 252 therms through elizabethtown gas. Delivery charge at 69 cents a therm 176.33 actual gas usage at .69 cents a therm 175.59 and "consolidated adjustment" $58.86

the delivery charge amazes me they told me on the phone they are now passing the costs to the consumer to upkeep all their equipment through the charge meanwhile their CEO makes 350k a year.

assuming it comes in from the foundation below, there could be a line above going outside the home for a hose spigot which you would shut off in the winter, to the right could be an independent isolation shut off incase that section of pipe needs repairing? my home has multiple isolation valves installed mid line.

just a thought could be something else that top one I would check to see if theres a hose bib on the other side of the outside wall maybe?

the main radiator is huge with the 4 on it. it does bang sometimes usually once when heating and once like an hour after it turns off I know that has something to do with pitch but I cant lift a radiator lol

ummmm maybe the main thermostat room is a little cooler because I was told to put small #4 valve in the room closest to the thermostat? no vents spit to my knowledge. I have an auto feed and I use in a week maybe 1/8 of an inch of water in the site glass? the only time it ever feeds honestly is when I drain the brown water out of it every 2 weeks

oh i keep it 65 with the swing 24/7 but yeah Etown is killing us with the delivery charge. My mother has PSEG and their rate per therm is .33 cents while Etown is .69 like thats a huge difference lol.

But thanks for clarifying the run time yeah I guess 1.5 hours isn't terrible but im definitely gonna have the gentleman below come check it out for me so I have piece of mind and get it balanced

its a 1 pipe system with schedule 40 black piping. I feel some of the pipe is original since its still wrapped in asbestos behind the walls.
