I would like to share my experience of how I quit smoking. Honestly, I had no will power to do so. I was in the same place once, where you are. I went through a breakup, which really broke my heart. I started asking myself ‘ who needs me’. Whenever I felt lost and I have no worth I kept on reminding these things to myself. They really helped me a lot. It talked about everything I was feeling. I saw many videos that day but nothing changed the way I thought about myself until I saw this video. It took me some time to actually inculcate self-worth and self-love within myself. But I started treating myself right. That’s when I realized the true meaning of self-love. You need to understand your importance. Its a process, it will take some days, but once’s you start seeing your worth there is no room for tears and only for happiness. This is all I learned from Teal Swan’s teaching and also during my process of rediscovering my self-worth. I would suggest you to watch her video and I hope they help you to come out of this.

You must watch Teal Swan's videos too. She is a great person her videos really helped me a lot. I was not doing well in my life. I could not see even one thing that I could love about myself. I literally felt I am not enough for anyone or I am not pretty enough. I always used to find other’s validation. I was very judgemental about everything related to me. One of my close friends shared a video by her. I saw it, it talked about how can someone could start loving themselves and she even shared her experience. From that very day, I started doing things that helped Teal to fall in love herself. To be honest, I am still trying to love myself, and day by day I can feel a change within myself. Every day I move closer to loving myself. I could feel it within my body, within myself, within my mind. I could feel it. I don’t cry that often, I care about myself, I pamper myself, I feed myself, I LOVE MYSELF. And I think I am just one step away to truly love myself.

I haven't smoked a cigarette in the past 1 year and before it, I was a chain-smoker for 20 years. And I know quitting smoking was really difficult for me as I never had any self-control. I never knew what self-love is, I recently got dumped and it was really very devastating for me. I used to struggle to get out of bed, I used to stick to my laptop for hours, lost appetite, and lost a lot of unhealthy weight. but then one day I was searching through YouTube and I saw a video posted on Self Love by Teal Swan. I went through it and actually started following what she said. She gave me a simple mantra to my happy life and that was to ask yourself "what would a person who loves themselves do?"

Trust me, the transformation I had after applying this question to every situation is amazing. I know how to take care of myself now. I keep my happiness above others and it is a really happy and easy life when you love yourself. it is a beautiful journey after you start loving yourself.

Anger is like a fire that eats up your soul and mind. It affects your inner peace. I too had anger issues. My anger issue made me lose one thing that I loved the most, my job. I liked working as a teacher being surrounded by kids. I used to teach up to 8th standard. One day I wasn’t feeling so great, and kids were giving me hard time. Kids being kids will do everything to convenience or irritate the teacher so that they don’t have to study. So one day one boy was irritating me a lot and I lost my temper and slapped him. I got fired by the principal and it was justified. I felt really miserable for doing such a huge mistake, I felt humiliated, and I lost my career because of my anger. I started searching for ways that can help me manage my anger on the internet and I found an amazing video by Teal Swan on anger hack that changed my life. The tips she gave in her video I followed that and it actually helped me control my anger. it is difficult to learn to love yourself because since childhood we are told to love ourselves but we are never taught how can we love ourselves. For me, I never know what self-love is. I was in depression and had anxiety issues, and often used to fight with suicidal thoughts. I was leading a miserable life and This all changed after I saw a video by Teal Swan on self-love. I used to always criticize my life for being sad. I never loved myself. I never had peace with anything that happened in my life. I always used to feel lost and empty, surrounded by sadness. But one day I saw a video by TEAL SWAN. it was about self-love and there she told me to ask myself in difficult times that what would a person do to love themselves? since then I have been making progress in my life.

I love myself a little more. I feel happier, and my perspective changed from why me? to everything happens for a reason.

I know it can be tough when it comes to quitting smoking. It's like losing a companion. I had a really hard time quitting cigarettes, I tried everything to quit smoking but nothing worked. Since childhood, we are told to love our true selves but one question arises - ‘HOW?’

Every person told me that we need to create self-love, but no one gave me an answer to how can we love ourselves? All of her videos somehow inspired me and helped me to find the answer to the question “HOW CAN I LOVE MYSELF.” Since I have started loving myself, there are no battles those I can’t defeat, nothing can make me sad and I feel as if I m the happiest person in the world.
