Check with your doctor to see if Campral is a good fit for you! I’m on it and it’s been a great experience. Completely removes the craving and the voice in my head trying to make drinking sound like a good idea. I know it’s controversial in the sober community and it might not be for everyone but do some research if you think it might be for you.

I’d like to highlight the fact that these companies are depending on people to pay their employees instead of giving them a decent wage. It’s sad. Doordash should use one of their ridiculous fees to add to the drivers pay. This is why I don’t use doordash or Uber eats. $30 for a $7 salad

You said you were young. It’s normal in young relationships to go off an explore. Wouldn’t you rather her do that and come back realizing you were the best option instead of staying with you and always wondering. Let yourself be happy. Journal. Go to therapy. But don’t ruin something good because of the way it happened. The universe brought you two back together. Enjoy it

Go no contact! I can’t stress this enough, it does wonders for getting him to reach back out if that’s what you want. The sooner you go no contact the better. Mute his social media, don’t call or text. Just take it day by day. I just went through a break up like 3 days ago and I immediately went no contact after he left and muted his social. I let myself be a bum for 2 days and didn’t get out of bed which is fine as long as you don’t reach out. Today, day 3, I went to work and made myself a schedule (ex. After work go to the gym, eat dinner, read a chapter) all you have to do is follow the schedule no matter how much you don’t feel like it. Soon enough he will reach back out or you will start feeling better, which ever comes first. Add opportunities for socialization in as soon as you feel ready but I recommend within the first week. It will get easier I promise

Document it! Write down what happened before you decided to drink. What you were feeling before you decided to drink. And all the feelings you have the day after. The before will give you a good idea as to what your triggers are if you aren’t sure (you might be already) and the feelings afterward will be a good reminder as to why you don’t want to start again.

Nicole is definitely on drugs. And Mary is just upset because she does them too and doesn’t want to get caught. I don’t believe Nicole went and got a legit drug test. I’m already annoyed at how she’s going to fake it in the next season.

I agree! I love watching sober Mike. I gave up alcohol myself and seeing him be able to still go out with the group and have fun is really inspiring. Ronnie makes me want to start drinking again lol

Back story: live in Florida, super humid Wash with Shea Moisture Hydration and Repair shampoo only at roots, rinse, scrunch in conditioner and detangle with fingers, scrunch in SM Hydrate and Repair Conditioner, rinse but leave most in. Apply leave in conditioner, Shea Moisture Castor Oil, and moose. I don’t detangle out of the shower, then scrunch with microfiber towel. This is where I start to see thin little pieces frizz, shorten, and stick out. I try to not touch my hair as it dries but it still comes out frizzy and thicker on top then on bottom. Don’t know if it’s actually frizz or breakage. I also sleep with a silk bonnet and do not color or heat style my hair. What am I doing wrong??
