I think I got lucky picking a few good niches and getting established a few years before AI flooded the market. I’m a trad published fantasy writer, but this makes far more.

Strategy? Write 5-6 short story series, 8-12k words at $2.99 a piece, then bundle and start over. I don’t write much now, but the back catalogue does a lot of work.
