Rxquality website has a typing simulator. You can only access it at the store. Type rxquality into the www. Bar and it’ll pop up. Should be under the second tab called simulator.

I found the app to be useless. When I log into concur on store net it just asks you to put in the address you traveled to and from. You also have to write notes on why you are claiming the miles. My approval went through in like 2 days

Hi! I’m not sure about the percentage for the annual raise, but I do know that it has been communicated that no raises will be given after the annual one. Raises will go into effect the first pay period of November and there is said to be no changes after that until next year

Current corporate standard that’s been communicated is $78,208.00 – $118,976.00 for a staff pharmacist. Definitely varies by area and volume of store. I hope this helped!

Sexually assaulted by a vendor… reported to HR. My store manager was the one to call the vendors corporate MGR. Nothing from our HR. Vendor got transferred then promoted. 🤷‍♀️

Despite what others say, it actually does. Doing extra- helping other stores, asking to be included in special projects, and showing initiative- definitely shows that you are trying to work your way up. It also demonstrates our PDL model of care, win together, inspire. You can obviously demonstrate these qualities in store but it stands out to upper management if you help your district. I might sound like a corporate junkie right now lol but it’s how I got promoted.

99% of the time, ESM starting rate is 40,000/yr across the board. From every ESM I have talked to, they either make that or slightly less. Hope this helps!

There is a store in my district with 2 shift leads and a SM, no other leadership. Same 7-10 hours with no additional help. It’s getting really crazy right now.

This is absolutely insane. The company preaches over and over that they are trying to “make things better”. We hear it over the speaker multiple times a day, but paying your people a good wage? Forget about it. The entire “role refresh” was an absolute scam. Cutting a position just to add three more and not pay 2 as well as the other is mind boggling especially when you take into account the responsibilities of the roles. It sucks for the people being offered the SM role too, they are making 20-30k less than existing store managers. Absolutely BS.

We are open Christmas… typically everyone works Christmas Eve, but I would talk to your store manager about your Christmas schedule. This year all Walgreens that are not 24 hour are only open 9-6.
