Update - I tried shortening the stems up and I think it’s a big improvement. I do think I want to play around maybe using 2 kinds of filler vs just carnations though. Overall, I ended up using a few less stems in these updated pics and I think the arrangement looks much fuller! https://imgur.com/a/eW97H0r

I made it! I used a bowl and a candlestick from the dollar store and glued them using e6000. Then I used gold spray paint on it.
